Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and organizing stock.
- Ensure strict compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment daily to ensure proper working order.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize space and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical assessment.
- Willingness to obtain a Forklift Operator Certification (we provide the training).
- Basic reading and writing skills for logging inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to the Washington, DC location.
