Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage areas using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Package products securely using appropriate materials to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certified preferred).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and counting.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required.
