Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately retrieve and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Quality Assurance: Verify product quantities, ensure correct labeling, and inspect items for damage before shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure daily productivity targets are met.
- Shipment Prep: Properly wrap, seal, and stage packages for carrier pickup.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
