Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing lists and specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect products for damage and quality compliance
- Label and stage shipments for efficient transportation
- Maintain organized workstations and inventory records
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math skills for inventory and quantity verification
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and fast-paced work
- Attention to detail with accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
