Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport materials.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections on all machinery.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning labels and counting stock.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Must be willing to obtain a forklift certification (training provided).
- Valid driver's license (not required for operation but preferred).
