Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pick products from warehouse shelves using RF scanners
- Efficiently pack items into boxes with protective materials to prevent damage
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Verify product quality and quantity against packing slips and orders
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety protocols
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
