Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare merchandise for shipment by scanning barcodes and following pick lists.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials (bubble wrap, boxes, tape) to ensure damage-free transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification is a plus but not required).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read digital pick lists.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
