Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage areas based on customer orders, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify product descriptions, quantities, and prices against packing slips before shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to ensure optimal warehouse flow.
- Load outbound trucks efficiently, adhering to shipping schedules.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Reliable transportation and willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
