Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials in warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in WMS system
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and dock areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to obtain OSHA Forklift Certification (provided)
- Reliable transportation to industrial area location
- No prior forklift experience necessary – training provided!
