Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in busy warehouse environments
- Accurately inventory and organize materials using RF scanning technology
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to exceed OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient material flow
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Train new operators on safety protocols and operational best practices
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and current driver's license
- Proficiency with WMS systems and RF scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Proven track record in safety compliance documentation
- Flexible availability including occasional weekend shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
