Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse workflow and productivity
- Stack and organize materials in designated storage areas with precision
- Support loading dock operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our paid program)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse/logistics
- Strong understanding of weight capacity and balance principles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexible availability for evening/weekend shifts (3-4 days/week)
- Excellent attention to detail and safety consciousness
