Key Duties:
- Operate forklifts (reach trucks, sit-down forklifts) safely to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect equipment for safety issues and perform routine maintenance checks before starting shifts.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in designated storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift operator certification (training provided if you have a clean driving record).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
