As a Forklift Operator, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations. We are looking for individuals who are safety-conscious, reliable, and eager to learn. Even if you have no prior experience, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training to get you certified and ready to work.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials efficiently within the facility.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Accurately stock and inventory products to ensure inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Handle merchandise with care to prevent damage during the handling process.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be willing to obtain a forklift certification (we support certification for qualified candidates).
