Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and safety during the process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform routine inspections of machinery to ensure proper functionality.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification through our training program.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and checking documentation.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not mandatory).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
