Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect machinery for potential mechanical issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Pull and prepare orders for shipping with a high degree of accuracy.
- Conduct daily safety checks and adhere to all company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in warehouse organization projects to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (FCC or equivalent) required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and physical stamina.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
