Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise according to shipment schedules.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Process and prepare orders for shipping using RF scanners.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification (if available, highly preferred).
