Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from delivery vehicles.
- Inspect, verify, and count incoming inventory to ensure accuracy against packing lists.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and secure packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting to ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- No prior warehouse experience required; on-the-job training provided.
