Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load and unload trucks and materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in working order.
- Accurately scan and stock inventory to ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Assist in packing and shipping orders to meet daily production deadlines.
- Follow all company safety protocols and report any hazards immediately.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding stock levels and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer skills for scanning equipment (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
