Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment daily to ensure they are in proper working condition and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation of stock movements using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all material handling tasks to prevent accidents and damages.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not required for the operator role.
- Willingness to undergo forklift training (we provide training for the right candidates).
