Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, verifying shipments against packing lists.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to obtain a valid forklift operator certification (we provide training for qualified candidates).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and operating heavy machinery.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory counting.
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures and environments.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
