As an Order Packer, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment including tape dispensers, box cutters, and label printers
- Maintain organized and efficient workstation with proper inventory rotation
- Perform quality checks on packed orders to prevent shipping errors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Participate in inventory counts and warehouse organization tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for learning inventory systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
