Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they are properly labeled and packaged for shipment.
- Organize inventory on shelves and pallets to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling.
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed, including tagging and staging items.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if required.
