Responsibilities
- Pick merchandise from the warehouse shelves using handheld RF scanners.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during shipping.
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts or pallet jacks) as required.
- Inspect products for defects and report any issues to management immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory management.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
