Responsibilities
- Locate and retrieve merchandise from the warehouse using scanning equipment and pick lists.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and secure packaging.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and accuracy targets.
- Load and unload materials from trucks as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting, inventory verification, and order accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- No prior warehouse experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
