Qualifications
- Availability: Must be able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to detail: Strong focus on accuracy in picking and packing tasks.
- Basic math skills: Comfortable with counting, scanning, and basic arithmetic.
- Reliability: History of consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Background check: Must pass a standard background check.
