Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment efficiently and accurately.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and storing incoming stock.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Load/Unload: Physically handle goods from trucks and staging areas.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred (but not mandatory for entry-level).
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license is a plus.
