Responsibilities
- Pick products from warehouse shelves based on digital order tickets using handheld scanners.
- Pack and label items securely to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify order accuracy and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and order volume.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not always required for this entry-level role.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Valid identification and ability to pass a background check.
