As a Picker Packer, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. We pride ourselves on a fast-paced environment where safety and quality are our top priorities.
What You’ll Do:
Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented and ready to hit the ground running.
- Select and gather merchandise from the warehouse floor based on pick tickets.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment as trained.
What We Offer:
- Starting pay of $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
- Full benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision) available after 90 days.
- No experience required – we provide on-the-job training.
- Shift flexibility (Day and Night shifts available).
Responsibilities
- Select and gather merchandise from the warehouse floor according to pick tickets.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packaging.
- Package goods securely using appropriate materials and labeling systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate warehouse equipment (handheld scanners, pallet jacks) safely.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a handheld scanner.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if working in dock doors.
