Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Receive and verify incoming merchandise against purchase orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory management tasks.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
