Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Organize and maintain inventory in a clean, efficient warehouse environment
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse equipment safely following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
