Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage materials accurately using dollies, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently to ensure 100% accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Maintain warehouse organization by keeping aisles clear and storage areas tidy.
- Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely after training.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We are looking for the right attitude and work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning barcodes and labels.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
