- Efficiently pick, pack, and label merchandise to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts with high attention to detail.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring product safety during transit.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
