Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse environment following OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a warehouse setting
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation training provided)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
