Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect products for quality control and damage before processing.
- Load and unload trucks using proper safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
