Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
- Assist in receiving and verifying incoming merchandise against shipping documents.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and excellent attendance record.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and documents.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
