In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that orders are picked accurately and packed efficiently for our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick items from shelves based on customer orders using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Packing & Shipping: Pack goods securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit, attach labels, and prepare packages for shipping.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and report any damaged or missing stock immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyor systems as required.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks on packed orders to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team leads and other warehouse associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus and maintain accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic warehouse management software.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a history of punctuality.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus but not mandatory.
