Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify the accuracy of orders against pick tickets to ensure 100% order fulfillment.
- Wrap and label packages securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Sort, store, and retrieve inventory stock as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
