What You Will Do:
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to move materials.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain stock organization.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a 100% safety record by following all OSHA guidelines.
- Perform quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Willingness to work in various environments (hot/cold storage, dock areas).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
