Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label products for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Sort, organize, and retrieve merchandise from storage areas.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ensure workstations and aisles are clean and organized at all times.
- Assist in inventory checks and stock rotation.
- Maintain a high level of safety compliance within the facility.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate counting and pricing.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
