Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inspect items for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before packing.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to comply with safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and meet tight deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely when certified.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning labels and weighing packages.
- Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring order accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not strictly required).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
