Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and barcode scanners.
- Verify product accuracy, condition, and quantity before packaging.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Load and unload trucks safely, utilizing proper lifting techniques.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned, including inventory organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
