Responsibilities
- Efficiently locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to comply with safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects, reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire) as required to move stock.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Sort, label, and prepare shipments for shipping carriers.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
