Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo safety and organization.
- Manage inventory by scanning, labeling, and tracking stock using warehouse management systems.
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipping with precision and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment (Forklift certification provided upon hiring).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/warehouses).
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred for some roles).
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
