Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-shift inspections on all equipment to ensure proper working order and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Manage inventory accuracy by scanning items and updating stock records accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid State Forklift Operator Certification (Class A or B) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
