Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with OSHA-certified training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Optimize picking routes to meet daily productivity targets (150+ orders/day)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/picking experience with proven productivity metrics
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management software (e.g., WMS)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; preference for supply chain certifications
