Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Stock Organization: Store materials in designated areas, utilizing labels and barcodes to maintain an organized warehouse.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy loads and transport goods to shipping stations.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and label orders for delivery, adhering to shipping standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following all OSHA safety protocols and reporting hazards immediately.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and reports regarding inventory levels and stock movements.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- License: Forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
