Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Prepare shipping documents and labels according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- Must be available to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
