Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with a focus on 99% accuracy using handheld RF scanners.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage or defects.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and documentation.
- Load and unload pallets and heavy items using the forklift and provided equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to the facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
