Responsibilities
- Perform accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Inspect packaging materials and products for defects to prevent shipping errors.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline workflow and resolve bottlenecks during the night shift.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
