What You'll Do:
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Load and unload freight trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization.
Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Fulfill customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency during the night shift.
- Material Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and update inventory records.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Truck Loading: Load and unload trailers safely, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep warehouse aisles clear, floors clean, and ensure safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- License: Valid driver's license required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
